Terms of use
Last updated 11 September 2026
utsavmandal.com gives Ganesh mandals a free web page, and an optional paid address of their own. These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME], who runs utsavmandal.com.
1. The service
- Every registered mandal gets a free page at utsavmandal.com/@your-link.
- The paid own-address plan (for example yourmandal.utsavmandal.com) adds that address, a Verified badge and a bigger photo gallery. The price of each plan is shown in Indian rupees (INR) before you pay.
- One payment covers the Ganeshotsav 2026 season. It does not renew and nothing is charged again automatically.
2. Your account and your page
- You must be allowed to speak for the mandal you register, and the details you give must be true.
- You are responsible for everything published on your page: text, photos, timings and the UPI details for donations.
- Keep your sign-in private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Donations never pass through us
Donation buttons and QR codes on a mandal page point at that mandal’s own UPI ID. The money goes directly from the donor to the mandal. utsavmandal.com never receives, holds or takes a share of it, and is not a party to any donation. Questions about a donation should go to the mandal.
4. Paying for an own address
- Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details. You may also pay by UPI to our UPI ID and send us the transaction reference (UTR), which we then check by hand.
- The address you choose is reserved for you while you pay. It goes live once the payment is confirmed. For online payments that is usually within seconds; for UPI with a UTR, usually within a few hours.
- Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
5. What is not allowed
- Pages for a mandal you don’t represent, or pretending to be another mandal or person.
- Hateful, obscene, violent or illegal content, or content that hurts religious sentiments.
- Collecting money for anything other than the mandal’s genuine purposes, or misleading donors.
- Spam, malware, or trying to break or overload the service.
Anyone can report a page. We may pause or remove a page that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell the owner why. A paid address that is removed for breaking these rules is not refunded.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep every page online through the festival, but the service is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the address in question.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and significant changes are shown on your dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: contact us.
