1. What we deliver
utsavmandal.com is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and we never need a delivery address.
- Free page: live at utsavmandal.com/@your-link the moment you press Publish.
- Own-address plan: your own address (yourmandal.utsavmandal.com), the Verified badge, a bigger gallery and your plan’s extras, switched on for your existing page.
2. When the own address goes live
- Online payment (Cashfree Payments or Razorpay): automatically, as soon as the payment partner confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If a confirmation is delayed, our system checks again every 5 minutes.
- UPI to our UPI ID, with a UTR: we match your 12-digit UTR against the money received by hand, usually within a few hours and within 24 hours at most. Your name stays held for 72 hours while we check.
- You’ll see it happen: the premium page says “You’re live”, and your dashboard shows the new address and the date it runs until.
3. How long the service lasts
The free page stays online for as long as your account does. The own address lasts for the season you bought it for, until 11:59 pm IST on the end date shown at purchase: 2 October 2026 for Ganeshotsav 2026. After that the page moves back to its free link by itself. Nothing on the page is lost, and the address stays linked to your mandal. See the terms of use.
4. If it isn’t delivered
If your address isn’t live 30 minutes after an online payment, or 24 hours after you submitted a UTR, contact us with your mandal’s link and the payment reference or UTR: [to be filled: support email] or +91 72186 63309 on WhatsApp.
We either switch it on, or, if the name can’t be given to you, help you pick another name or refund you in full, as the refund policy says. Please don’t pay a second time for the same name.
