Tilaknagar Ganpati

Tilaknagar Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal was founded in 1950 by residents of Tilaknagar, Dombivli. It is known for a traditional Anant Chaturdashi procession in which the idol is carried in a palanquin with lezim, dhol and tasha, and Dombivli police have commended the procession for its discipline. After the immersion, women of the area prepare mahaprasad for devotees.
