About the mandal
Chinch Bunder Dongri Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, known as Dongricha Raja, has celebrated Ganeshotsav since 1939 and is one of the older mandals in south Mumbai. Its large idol is shown in a powerful pose, and its shape and design change little from year to year.
